Last December, Etude House sent me a truckload stuff beyond my imagination. Yes! so much stuff for Christmas I had to break them up in several posts!
so do look forward to that!
Like I’ve mentioned 200 times before, I’m a huge on Etude House even before they started sending stuff for me to review. In my professional kit, it contains 20% of Etude House products out of my other makeup brands and amongst all, my most used items is Colour My Brows Mascara.
I use it not only on myself but had extended it on my other clients, So can you imagine how much of a fan I’m towards Etude House?
Sure I do try out other new brow stuff from time to time but at the end of the day Colour My Brows seems to cater to (me &) my client needs better.
*Disclaimer- I’m not saying this because I’m Sponsored by them in anyway, I truly believe in the stuff I use and am definitely willing to pay for good quality makeup products regardless whether they are Sponsored Or Not. I will never compromised the faces of my clients for products that I don’t believe in just because they are sent to me for free.
Today, here’s a short review about ‘Bling me Prism Eyes‘
“The Bling Me Prism Eyes is a water-base eye colour that provides a cooling and moisturising effect on the skin around your eyes. The non-sticky and long-lasting texture cleanly glides onto your skin without smudging.“
The hologram pigment and crystal pearl add a touch of sparkle to your eyes for an all-day bling effect.
Sorry for swatching them in random numbers, I’m quite an all over the place person.
What I like about Etude House Bling Me Prism Eyes is they are mad pigmented and the colour payoff is awesome.
Also is very budge proof which is….not tad awesome all the time because once you pat on the colours and it gets too deep for your liking then jialat, is quite impossible to remove without messing up the eye and also because it doesn’t budge, it makes blending a little tough once it dries. So be sure to work on layer by layer in order to achieve optimal results (by your standard).
Build similar to the design of a conventional lip gloss, Bling Me Prism Eyes is actually much shorter and stouter in appearance. Once you twist open the cap, it reveals a tiny doe foot applicator, that gives you the control of sweeping them like a wiper motion on your eyelid.
Some people uses Bling Me Prism Eyes as a base colour before adding on their preferred eyeshadow shade, while some like to use it as it is.
As for me, it really depends on my mood. Someday when I dare to bare (more like very pressed for time), I’ll just glaze Bling me Prism on my eyes and head out the door, other days when I have the luxury to warm up my chair for a good hour, I’ll pat in with some eye shadow to achieve a smoother finish.
Here’s my Make Of the Day #MOTD showing all 5 shades on my eyelids; very little blending so colour stays true as it is.
